What certifications can you provide?

How does sea freight shipping work?

We coordinate the entire logistics process from factory to your destination port. This includes freight forwarding, customs clearance documentation, and export handling. For buyers with their own logistics teams, we provide all necessary documentation to clear customs at destination.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on destination and product type. Typical lead times are 4-8 weeks for sea freight (LCL/FCL). We'll provide estimated delivery times with your quote.

What shipping methods do you use?

We work primarily with sea freight (LCL/FCL containers), the most cost-effective method for bulk chemical shipments. We also coordinate with reliable freight forwarders for consolidated shipping options.

How is your pricing structured?

Our pricing includes the product cost, quality inspection, packaging, and export documentation. We'll provide a detailed quote showing all costs including shipping so you know exactly what to expect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For first orders, we typically require 30-50% deposit with balance paid before shipment.

Does SUNWARD work with large multinational companies?

Honest answer: usually no, and that is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Large multinational pharmaceutical companies need factory-direct contracts, dedicated regulatory affairs teams in China, and audited supply chains. As a Hong Kong trading company, we are not built to deliver that level of infrastructure — and frankly, you would be better served by one of the major global distributors who specialize in that scale.

What we do well: mid-sized veterinary pharmaceutical buyers whose China sourcing is still developing, companies who have a real procurement team but not a China office, and buyers who need a stabilizer (factory selection, quality consistency, production continuity, schedule reliability) rather than a broker. We already have a Chinese factory we work with directly. Why would we add you?

Three common reasons. (1) Backup supplier: if your primary factory has a production issue, you have a second source ready. (2) Hard-to-find products: if you need a product your current factory doesn't make, we can fill the gap from our network. (3) Comparison sourcing: a second quote on the same product keeps your primary factory honest on price and lead time. We are not built to replace your existing supplier — we are built to be the supplementary partner that makes your existing relationship more resilient.

What is the smallest order SUNWARD will accept?

25kg for most products. This is a genuine starting point, not a "talk to our sales team" number. We have first-time buyers who order 25kg, test the documentation and quality, and then scale up. If you are testing China sourcing for the first time, a 25kg trial is the right way to start.

Can SUNWARD source products not listed on your website?

Usually yes. The 40+ products in our catalog represent where we have both strong factory relationships and competitive pricing. Our real capability — products where we have a strong upstream relationship — is larger. If you need a product not on the catalog, send the product name + CAS + quantity and we will tell you within 24-48 hours whether it is a product we can quote. If it is a product we have no relationship with, we will say so — and suggest alternatives.

Do you require a long-term contract before working with us?

No. The first order is a 25kg trial, no long-term commitment. We earn the long-term relationship by delivering on documentation, quality, and schedule. Some of our best customers started with a 25kg trial and now order 1,000+ kg per quarter. We would rather build trust over three to five trial orders than ask you to sign a contract before you have seen our work.
